  2. Get dumbbells and barbells at your home / office or Choose proper well equipped gym.
  3. Keep long term goal in mind. Body building is not 1 month affair.
  4. Always Warm up before doing weight training.
  5. Learn Proper exercise form. Keep your form correct. You must lift with good form.
  6. Concentrate on your muscle and form more than repetitions.
  7. First strengthen your muscles for few weeks and then start building them along with strengthening.
  8. Use Free Weights like Dumbbells and Barbell more than machines.
  9. Do compound exercises like Squat, Dead lift, Bench Press, Military Press, Dumbbell Row.
  10. Do weight training 3 to 5 times a week in order to get the best results.
  11. Stretch after each workout session.
  12. Progressive overload. Progressively increase weights and intensity.
  13. Change your exercise routine every 5 to 8 weeks.
  14. Utilize different weights with various repetition ranges.
  15. Consistency is the key. Do not Skip workout session.
  16. Keep breathing during workout.
  17. Be careful about injuries, don’t over do or over train in too much enthusiasm.
  18. Dont workout continuously for 3 days, have a days break after one or two session of weight training.
  19. Sleep and rest – You grow during deep sleep. Increase quality of sleep. Muscles tend to “grow” during rest, and especially during sleep.
  20. Drink plenty of water.
  21. Be Hydrated during workout.
  22. Balanced Diet. Eat healthy. Good nutrition. Take proper nutrition pre and post workout and throughout the day.
